ASL Alphabet Puzzle

As a parent of deaf children, I know how difficult it can be to find toys and games specifically geared toward deaf children and helping them learn. I also understand the struggle of helping hearing children learn to communicate with the deaf children around them. That’s why we decided to add an ASL line to our store, starting with this wooden ASL alphabet puzzle!

This laser engraved wooden puzzle features the American Sign Language alphabet, alongside the English alphabet. Each piece is engraved with an ASL letter handshape, and fits perfectly into its space in the puzzle board. Each space in the board is engraved with the coordinating English letter. This helps children learn to associate those written letters with the handshapes in the ASL alphabet.

This puzzle will help deaf children learn written English letters, and help hearing or reading children learn the ASL alphabet. Through these learning games, children can learn inclusivity and gain greater accessibility with their peers.
There are few things sweeter to the parent of a deaf child than seeing them gain communication and friendship with their hearing peers, either through fingerspelling, or through reading and writing.

Each wooden puzzle is laser cut and engraved, then sealed with an acrylic clear coat.
